Fine views from the cozy double room, but the shower robe quality was lacking.

Great-sized units with a view. Great area, amazing and good location, not far from the church and the lake as well as the hill in Thun...

I had superb stay, the place is charming and absolutely great!

The staff were kind, the breakfast was delicious and everything was perfect. The double room was huge, the bed was soft. The bathroom was modern and it had a bathtub and bath salts for my convenience. The service was nice with parking nearby. The location was unique, not very far from Stadtkirche Thun. There was a great restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

Wonderful hotel with everything clean throughout and a unique location close to the town centre. Good staff with a good portion of humor. Location next to old castle, local metro, and the old bridges. Simply no complaints, such great stay.

It has ideal, magnificent setting, adjacent to the town center and restaurant🙂

The private spa area was a relaxing oasis .

Unfortunately, we encountered a significant issue with the lack of air conditioning. Despite trying to cool the room, it remained uncomfortably warm, especially during the heat wave. The windows didn't open fully which limited airflow even further.

Breakfast had numerous hot items and delicious breads.

Very nice views from the beautiful panorama double room. Parking can be tricky and requires planning.

Would recommend for taking strolls

Comfortable room, excellent location, the central courtyard provided a wonderful space to relax after exploring, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nearby attractions.

The cozy family room was perfect for our stay with the baby. We enjoyed the unique experience of showering with a view of the castle's architecture. The breakfast was quite nice, especially with eggs made to order. Parking was also easy right by the hotel.

In my wife's opinion, extra amenities for families would help.

Fine castle views!

We loved the fine views of the lake and mountains from our room, coupled with its relaxing interior. The breakfast in the lovely courtyard was a highlight, with the best bread we've had this year. The hotel is perfect location right beside the castle and just a short walk to the beautiful old town.

Parking access can be tricky, requiring some planning.

Had a lovely stay with complimentary sugary drinks in the minibar and enjoyed a fantastic meal with alpine salmon in the restaurant. The spa area was a real treat, with a sauna and whirlpool ready for relaxation.
